  1. Login to the Client Area: The link to the Client Area login can be found on the upper right side of the Vanguard Solutions website.
  2. Navigate to the “My Details”  section: Once you have logged in to the Client Area, you will see a sub-menu listing the various section in the Client Area, select “My Details” from this sub-menu to go to that section.
  3. Select “Change Password” sub-section: Within the “My Details” section you will see a sub-menu listing the various sub-section, select “Change Password” from this sub-menu to go to that sub-section.
  4. On the “Change Password” page:
    1. Enter your exiting password: Please enter your existing password in the “Existing Password” text box.
    2. Enter your new password: Please enter your existing password in the “New Password” text box. Take note of the “Password Strength” field to the right of the “New Password” text box. For the security of you account, please use passwords that are rated as strong.
    3. Confirm your new password: Please enter your new password in the “Confirm New Password” text box in order to verify you have typed the password you intended.
    4. Click on the “Change Password” button: Click on the “Change Password” button to submit your request to have your password changed to the new password you selected.
  5. Done.
